Submissions are available to authorised reviewers and stored through the hosting and storage services used to run the site. Operational logs and controls also help limit automated requests and protect the forms
Updates, deletion and unsubscribing
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or unsubscribe from updates, by emailing info@hpsaviation.com from the address you used. We review the request and verify identity where needed, taking applicable record obligations into account
Newsletter preferences
We store your selected topics and use Resend to manage mailing contacts and preferences and deliver newsletters. You can update your choices using the subscription form with the same email, use the unsubscribe link in messages, or contact us
Audience measurement
We use Umami at analytics.hpsaviation.net to measure visits, pages, referral sources and events such as completed submissions. We do not send names, email addresses or form contents to analytics. These measurements help improve the site and do not establish each visitor’s identity
